Single Origins

Each single origin coffee has its own unique flavour profile depending on where it was grown including local soil conditions, rainfall, temperature, humidity, processing methods and so on. They are the product of a single country, estate, or even a small family farm planted with a special crop. 

Our amazing Monsoon Malabar, for example, is grown on the Indian Malabar coast and is dried under cover in the moist monsoon winds for up to several months. This patient slow processing not only produces uniquely large beans but also outstanding flavours which are very often enjoyed in their own right and also blended with other single origins to provide real robust body and depth of flavour.

When you drink a single origin coffee you're experiencing flavours unique to that particular country, district or even small family grower and his family.
