Some info about the coffee…Medellin is the coffee growing region of Central American Columbia. Thousands of small, even tiny, plantations grow this bean in a collective fashion throughout the region.  The Columbian government, very keen to maintain the country’s income from coffee, ensures the export coffee is of the highest  quality which means this is the best of the Columbian crop.

As with many South and Central American coffees, the flavour profile is full yet light and really well balanced, easy drinking and moreish!

If you brew in a cafetière, as we do many a time, this makes a lovely light refreshing coffee. Light with lots of flavour. Ask us to grind it correctly when you’re ordering.
