Brazil is a large country and produces a suitably large quantity of coffee - often about a third of the entire world's demand, depending on the years climate conditions. Coffee plants thrive in rich soils and hot humid conditions, both of which are abundant throughout much of this amazing country. 

Santos is the Brazilian port through which this, and much of Brazil's coffee crop is exported and possesses flavour notes of chocolate and nuts coupled with a fairly low acidity. This flavour profile is quite a South American speciality and loved by millions of coffee drinkers all over the world and is really drinkable all day.
