Most people accept there have to be charges to move stuff around and deliver it to you. From November 2021 we have reduced and capped our standard delivery charge to £3.95.

The Delivery Blurb in full…

We aim to roast and dispatch your coffee order throughout the UK (excludes NI) within 72 hours. Please be aware that at exceptionally busy times this period may be extended. 

All orders will be dispatched to the address supplied by you at the time of placing your order. Goods will be delivered by Royal Mail 48 Hour Tracked service when the weight of the package is 2kg or below. Examples are 7 x 250g bags of coffee (total net weight of 1.75kg plus packaging to an overall total less than 2kg) or 3 x 500g bags (total net weight 1.5kg plus packaging to a total overall weight less than 2kg) or 1.5kg (total net weight 1.5kg plus packaging to a total overall weight less than 2kg)

For Royal Mail 48 Hour Tracked service, you will receive a notification (when your order has been dispatched) which will contain a unique tracking number which you can enter into Royal Mail's online Track My Parcel facility.

All packages exceeding 2kg will be transported and delivered by DPD courier service. DPD will send SMS notifications to the mobile telephone number you provided at checkout. We advise providing your mobile phone number at the checkout and if you decide not to then you will not receive such notifications from DPD. The first notification will be sent when DPD have collected your order and a second on the day of delivery which will provide a one hour delivery time slot, which will include options for you to use if you are not going to be at the supplied address.
