Refund policy

Refunds and Replacements Due to the perishable nature of our product, we do not accept returns. If, in the unlikely event, you are dissatisfied with your purchase, you must contact us within 30 days from receiving your order. We reserve the right to limit refunds and replacements, and we can only offer one replacement per consumer. We can only consider refunds or replacements if a product we have supplied is defective or not what you ordered. We will ask you to supply a clear digital photograph to demonstrate your complaint and the original product will be collected from you by DPD for return to us for examination.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition in which you received it and in its original packaging. We will ask you for a detailed description of the defect.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and correct it. 

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns of gift cards.

Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund has been approved. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
