Chamomile Infusion

A classic and exceedingly popular infusion of chamomile buds and flowers. A very light 

infusion renowned for its calming and restorative properties that make it ideal for drinking any time - including before bed as it is 100% caffeine free. 

Simply add boiling water and allow to steep for 2 -3 minutes before drinking. 

Use a heaped teaspoon per cup with freshly boiled water. As with all teas and infusions - keep in a dry cool place. Always reseal the bag to keep airtight to preserve the delicious scents and flavours.
