Rooibos Tea

100% naturally caffeine free, Rooibos is a refreshing drink any time of day, including your last cup before bedtime.  

Often known as 'Redbush' in the UK, it is derived from a plant grown in South Africa and produces a very pleasant deep reddish brown coloured, slightly woody herbal tea. As this is a naturally sweet tea you may well find no need to add any sugar as many people do to black teas.  

It is prepared in the same way as black teas and is usually drunk without milk. Of coarse a little milk, lemon or even honey can be added as you wish.
